The Canadian Wood Truss Association (CWTA) is a national body representing
metal plate connected wood truss and structural wood component manufacturers.

It is the voice of the industry on all issues that link the truss manufacturers,
Truss Plate Institute of Canada (TPIC), industry suppliers and related organizations.

CWTA membership consists of six regional associations:

CWTA Mission Statement

The Canadian Wood Truss Association is striving to lead its' members to reach the
highest standard of excellence amongst structural wood component manufacturers
and distributors.

The association's mandate is to develop and maintain uniform performance standards,
foster training and educational activities for it's members and business partners,
represent the industry with its peers and defend the industry's interests.
